The Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies is organizing a trip to Tijuana Innovadora where UCSD students, faculty and staff can experience Tijuana through this unique event. The day's highlights include a tour of the Cultural Center of Tijuana (CECUT) and attendance to a keynote talk by Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes.

The cost to attend is $15 which includes roundtrip bus transporation from UC San Diego, the entrance fee to Tijuana Innovadora and the Blake Mycoskie keynote talk. To register, you must come by in person to the Center and pay the $15 (cash or check) by Thursday, October 18. The Center is located just west of RIMAC on the first floor of the Institute of the Americas building.

A valid U.S. passport is required for this trip. International scholars please confirm with the International Center that you are eligible to go and return to the U.S. from Mexico.
